Same Old Me...

Today is the 26th of March.For those who don't know,it happens to be my little brother's birthday!Now,why did i name this entry "Same Old Me"?Well,It's because i,being me,have once again did not get a birthday present on someone's birthday.it's not that i didn't remember it but it's just that i just don't know what to buy cuz i dunno what he likes.(This probably sounds like an excuse but i swear its not!)I guess the Big Bad Bro Award goes to me...

This happened with my dear cousin Jasmine too....I didn't know what she likes(But i guess it's my fault actually)and worst of all,i didn't know how to send it to her cuz she lives at Seng Kang!Damn,a fool i am.Even though i promised a present the next time we meet,it just wouldn't feel the same compared to IF i managed to give her a present on her birthday.=.=

For today,school went on pretty well and even though i slept at 3am yesterday,i am proud to say. didn't sleep in class at all today!Not even during Social Studies!LOL.I think it's because of the teacher.Now that i'm having a new teacher,i somehow don't feel like sleeping in class anymore.Hahas!Sad to say,because i was on MC for almost the whole of last week except Wednesday,i have a lot of undone homework...
Okay then,i've gotta go now cuz i need to start on my homework.Sigh living is indeed tiring...o.O

My Birthday!!! =(

Ahh my birthday is finally here!!!Sadly,i'm still sick.My condition got worse last night...I kept having the runs and kept vomitting...(Yuck!)I didn't go to school today...Man,i didn't go to school for 3 days in a week!Zzz...Worse of all,i had to be sick on my birthday...Damn!

Today i did nothing much.I had breakfast with my dad and then i slept throughout the whole afternoon...What a waste of time!The doctor says i have to avoid spicy and fried food.There goes my birthday dinner.My mother says we'll have to postpone my birthday dinner until i feel better...But there's no fun in it if the dinner's not on my birthday!!! =.= Now i'll be going to the arcade cuz i have 10-dollars worth of free credit on my birthday.However,i doubt i could really play any games in my condition...Man,this sucks!!!

Feeling Better...

For today,i still wasn't feeling well yet so i didn't go to school.The doctor gave me an MC for 2 days yesterday.I'm feeling alot better now.I think i'll be able to go to school tomorrow.I hope i didn't miss out much.

Hmm...My b-dae is coming up in 2 days time.Too bad it falls on a thursday.Otherwise,i could spend the whole day going out and stuff...Luckily,a holiday falls on this friday so it'll be fun i guess....

Bittersweet Weekend

Well...Firstly,i shall talk about the good stuff of my weekend.
For my Scrabble tournament was I got 5th place and I got this tiny little cup and a 20 dollar Popular voucher.Then,me and my Scrabble teammates took a group photo which was rather funny...o.O

The bad stuff:
During the matches,though i won all 3 rounds,i was having a splitting headache through it all and it became worse at night.This morning,i was so sick that i couldn't go to school.Must have missed out on alot of things...I'm feeling a little better now but i still haven't gone to the doctor's yet.I'll be going soon though...

Zzz...I think i got sick cuz i ate something bad...Next time cannot anyhow eat stuff...Okay then,i'll be going off to the doctor's now with my little brother...Ciao~

Yoyo~ I'm back!!!I've been kinda busy these days doing homework and stuff.Today i found out that i couldn't complete my maths holiday assignment and my physics homework because of 2 stupid reaons.
1.Ran out of foolscap.
2.Left Maths 10-year series in class cupboard.
For this,i have only one word to say.F***.No,i'm not gonna spell it out.If your IQ is higher than your shoe size,you should be able to guess the word.If your IQ is higher than your shoe size and you still can't guess the word,there's only one reason:You're trying to be cute with me.Don't do that,please.

Rather restless these days.I find that my 1 week holiday was rather poorly spent.I wanted to go the the arcade so much these days but my parents wouldn't let me.Damn.So,i kept cooping myself at home,either watching anime or watching TV.It's funny how i like to watch things so when someone called me,he asked what am i doing and i said "I'm watching anime".He should have just asked what am i watching.Lols.
A side note:If you don't understand what i'm saying here,don't be alarmed.Most people don't.

Tomorrow i have a Scrabble competition.Hmm...I hope i can get a better position this time.I got 9th position when i was in Sec 2 and 8th position in Sec 3.Lols.I am supposed to sleep now but i can't...Not because i'm excited about the tournament but i'm just very restless these days.People keep asking me if i'm afraid that the 'O' Levels are coming and although i know i'm supposed to be worried,i'm just not.o.O

Third Day Of The Macau Trip

Today,we woke up even later than yesterday.Especially me.Cuz i was using the laptop until 4am...We left the hotel at 12pm.Wasted...

Firstly,we took a shuttle bus to the jetty and hailed a cab from there to a place called Sindaco Square.After searching awhile,we found the cafe that my mother said sells very nice Pork Rib Buns...The cafe was located at the corner of a street and we went in.The food there was very nice,especially the Pork Rib Buns.(I even bought some for takeaway ^^)After that,we went to another cafe that was famous for its Portuguese Tarts...this time,we just bought the tarts and left.I still haven't tried one of it yet cuz i'm like really full...After this,we went to the Ruins Of St. Paul's Church.

To go to the ruins,we had to climb this really long staircase and the ruins lay just at the top of the staircase...I kept taking pictures around there but at the church,i didn't go up to the second level to take pictures.The reason was simple.I was afraid of heights. o.O I went inside the ruins and there was this room where there was a notice telling everyone to be silent.o.O Then at the side of the room,there was this shelf filled with human skulls and bones.I wanted to take some pictures but my mother told me not to.I had no choice but to oblige her.After this,we left and went to our next destination.The Fisherman's Wharf.

To go to the Fisherman's Wharf,we took a taxi.At the wharf,there was a theme park and an arcade.Me and my bro decided to go to the arcade while my parents went to a casino nearby.The arcade had rather new games but sadly still no Initial D 4.Only Initial D 3.About this Initial D 3,it was rather special because we had to play in this special machine where it would move like a car would so when we started driving,the machine moved according as well.Though it was rather fun,the turning made me unable to drive properly and i couldn't reach the first checkpoint!Wasted the coins...Other than this,there was another game that i like,that was...Dance Maniax!!!Wow...one of my favourite games in the arcade and i was surprised to find it there cuz it was a rather old game.However,it was the Japanese version so the songs were a little different but it was still fun to play.Then,me and my brother played DDR Supernova and it was rather fun.I won him by the way.Lols.Even got a high score ranking.^^ Hmm...at about 8pm my parents came back and we had to leave.Sianz.I hope i could maybe go there for a while tomorrow before leaving for the airport.Chances are slim though cuz it's rather far from my hotel.We went to look around the wharf and it was very beautiful with all the lightings.Then,we walked to the casino that my parents went to earlier on cuz there was a shuttle bus from there to my hotel.

While we were waiting,something lame happened.A bunch of Chinese people(Chinese as in from China)came up to me,looked at my shoes and compared shoe sizes...=.= I was like stunned for awhile and i couldn't really understand them when they talked to me because of their accent-I didn't want to anyways.I just wanted them to go away!!!Crazy people.=.= I should have just given them The Finger when they started talking to me.(Just kidding...)But i was really uncomfortable around them.They were talking about me like i was something amusing to them.Like a zoo animal or something.I could see it in their eyes.They should look at themselves in a mirror and then they'll really have something to be amused at.A bunch of bakas.

After reaching the hotel,we had some porridge for dinner before we went back to the room.This time,my brother was smarter.He ran to the laptop the moment we got into the room.This also explains why I am writing this entry so late.Sometimes being Kiasu does have its benefits,though i must say its rather demeaning.We Singaporeans have a notorious reputation for being Kiasu.Maybe Singaporeans should realise that it's time for some self-upgrading.o.O Why am I talking about this anyway? Zzz

Tomorrow,I'll be checking out at 2pm but my flight's at 6.Now what the hell am I supposed to do until then?Just for the record's sake,there is absolutely nothing interesting to do in the hotel mall.Just shops and more shops selling expensive jewellery and branded apparel.No form of leisure except the casino.Damn place.I really hope i can go to the Fisherman's Wharf again before I leave Macau tomorrow.o.O Okay then,i'm gonna end this ridiculously long blog entry now.Here's a song that I wanted to play on Dance Maniax today but sadly,it wasn't available on the Japanese version of it...Enjoy ^^

Day 2 Of The Macau Trip....

Everyone woke up late and we left the hotel late...11.30 and still no breakfast!!!We took a shuttle bus from our hotel to the Macau-China border and we passed the checkpoint into China!The city on China's side of the border was the Zhu-Hai i wrote about yesterday.(By the way,the "zhu" in Zhu-Hai actually meant pearl and not pig...Lols.)

First thing we did was to look for somewhere to eat our breakfast.After a while,we settled down in a cafe and ordered our food.The food was rather cheap and nice too.After tne food,i went to have a haircut in a salon which cost me 40 Yuan(About 8 Singapore Dollars)Rather cheap for a haircut at a salon...My father went for a haircut too and my mother went for a manicure and pedicure.Only my bro didn't really do anything...Dunno why o.O

After that,me and my bro went to the arcade at the basement but the games were rather old and the tokens weren't really that cheap either.(We went only because my father still wasn't done with his hair.Later,i found out that he did alot with his hair...His bill cost 130 Yuan.I leave you to think what he did he do to his hair...)

Now,comes the stupid part.We walked past this bakery and found that it was having a sale for Wife Biscuits.A dozen for 5 Yuan.(Meaning about a dollar in Singapore Currency)Quite cheap and hence there was a long queue.Yet despite the long queue,my parents still wanted to buy those biscuits....The line wasn't moving after a while and then i realised that they were making new biscuits!Zzzz...In the end,I had to queue for 45 minutes before the new biscuits were ready...Sian...Wasted alot of time on the biscuit stuff...

For dinner,we went to a restaurant and the food was rather cheap.However,the quality of the food wasn't even worth its weight in shit lah!(Maybe i'm a little too harsh with my words...)The steamed fish was like OVERCOOKED!!!!We ordered a "live" fish and still it tasted like it was from the feezer...The meat was tough,which meant that the chef probably overcooked it...KNS LAR!!!!Though it only cost 350 Yuan for 6 dishes,i'd still prefer to eat somewhere else...

Before going on the tour bus,me and my dad wanted to go to the toilet but we couldn't find any.So,we asked around and there was this shopkeeper guy we met who said "Go to the shopping centre",which made my father really angry...After we walked away,my dad kept telling me how that guy was an @sshole...Lols.I guess it's because the shopping centre was like so far away and that guy still told us to go there.Just shows that he didn't want to help us.In the end,we still couldn't find any toilet and had to tahan back tothe hotel lor.Before i boarded the bus,i was walking beside this bus which wasn't moving.Then,as i was about cross the bus,it just started moving la!!!So i quickened my steps and i was fine but there were many people looking at me.O.o The look in their eyes was like "Wow,will i get to see someone get run down today?"...Zzzz Why the hell were they so interested???On the other hand,my mother was like really startled by me and kept scolding me."Why can't you wait for the bus to go first?" and things like that.My brother was even better.He simply said "Eh,I think you play too much Initial D already lah.Think you AE86 ar?" Zzzzz

Did nothing much when we went back to the hotel.Went to our room and i started using the laptop...Tomorrow i think we're going to a place called the Fisherman's Wharf.My parents say there will be things for children to play.Well,i just hope there will be an arcade with Initial D there...Omg maybe i'm really addicted to Initial D? o.O

Moping in Macau...

Surprise surprise...I brought my laptop along to Macau and guess what?There's free internet access in the room!i repeat.FREE internet access!!!Hmm...i'm like really suprised by this cuz normally hotels offering in-room internet access would usually come with charges...(I once paid 50 bucks for internet access in the Ritz-Carlton Singapore...o.O)

Well,i haven't really explored any part of Macau yet because my hotel is something like Genting-the hotel is combined with a shopping mall and i still haven't even finished exploring the whole of the hotel mall.By the way,the hotel i'm staying at is called The Venetian.I gotta admit that the decor in this hotel is like really nice.Venice-themed decor...However,one thing bad is that the things here are like really expensive.For example,a plate of chicken rice here would equivilate about $9 SGD...And it's not like they give an extra large serving...o.O Nothing much for me to do here...Nowhere to play and the shops here sell what i'd like to call "Orchard-Road" stuff.Things like diamonds and branded boutiques...I seriously have nothing to do here....My parents,however,have something to occupy them for the remaining 3 days of our stay;that is going to the casino,of course!I would say that 9 out of 10 people who visits Macau for the first time would most definitely be going to the caasinos in here.Where else would they go???Lols.

Hmm...Tomorrow i'll be going to a place called Zhu-Hai.(Sounds like Pig Sea in chinese,don't you think?Hahas.)My mother tells me that things over there are much cheaper...Looking forward to that i guess...I hope there will be an arcade there...I'm like really bored out of my brains in my hotel room!!!!Speaking about the hotel room,it's like really very nice...Looks better than a Ritz-Carlton room...

Okay then,that's all for today...I hope tomorrow would be more interesting than today...o.O

Hai...As expected i got scolded by my parents for doing so badly...Sadded...They scolded me for quite a long time before they signed my term report...

School today was rather okay.After school,I went to help out with my class's Service Learning project sale.We were selling chocolate fondue.(Marshmellows with chocolate coating)Sounds fun,eh?However,i never got to do the fun part...All i did was poke marshmellows into the satay sticks.Didn't get to put the chocolate on the marshmellows.For some reason,today's business wasn't very good.I think it was because we didn't use the chocolate fountain...Didn't look interesting enough maybe...However,it was still fun and i kept eating marshmellows FOC!LOL.Very nice of my classmates...They were all working so hard(Yuan Sheng,Victoria,Isabelle,Xin Yin)Hope i didn't leave out anyone.Funny thing was that there were like only 3 boys including myself.So many girls but so little boys...Imbalanced equation maybe?Lols.

In the beginning it was rather funny.Edwin kept giving free marshmellows to Wei Xiong.Hahas.I gave him some too(but only because the marshmellows that i gave him were squeezed by Edwin.After all,i couldn't let our customers eat squeezed marshmellows right?)No choice...I hated the part about cleaning up though.Cleaning the chocolate containers were like really difficult.In the end,my uniform had chocolate stains here and there.In overall,the project was still fun though.Hope there will be more projects like this in the future but i doubt it will happen coz the exams are drawing nearer everyday....Zzzz

Did nothing much today.Watched anime.Played Audition...

I am happy to say that i have only 2 supplementary lessons in the holidays.One on tuesday and another on friday.However,I won't be able to make it for the one on tuesday coz i would be overseas....Dunno why my parents booked a holiday...o.O

Haix...Today i got my results slip...Scored badly.No 'A's...I'm supposed to get it signed and give it back to my form-teacher tomorrow.How to do it?
Well,there are 2 possibilities.
1.Get it signed but i won't go to school tomorrow cuz my parents would have already killed me by then.
2.Don't get it signed and get killed by my form-teacher tomorrow.

WILL SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO??!!!

Today,i went for class and CCA as usual.There's this guy named Gibson who keeps telling me that he can own me in Scrabble but only that he doesn't want to...o.O
Funny guy...

After CCA,i went down to the canteen where my class was selling chocolate fondue for our Service Learning project and luckily,i still managed to get a stick before they were all sold out.Dunno if that's a good thing or not...Cuz it may mean that our chocolate fondue isn't selling that well...o.O Touch Wood!!!I hope our fondue sells like hotcakes!!!(I personally hate hotcakes but it's just an expression anyways...Lols.)

Now,let's talk about our Service Learning.It has been fun and yet sucky,thanks to our CME teacher.Let me tell you something.For a CME teacher,she really CMI la!!!She's like such a tell-tale.She got all angry just because someone erased off the bullshit she was writing on the board yesteday.Then,she gave us a speech on character and courtesy.Spare me the crap please!!!I really really don't like this teacher!!!Wearing her Ah-ma clothes and talking all that dung...Today,Ms Lau persued this matter but of course no one owned up.(Who would?)If someone commits a crime,that person isn't a criminal until the moment he's caught.Think about it.

I wanna talk about what happened when i came back but then it's almost the same as yesterday...Boring stuff except that i met this really hateful jerk in Maple.I don't wanna talk about it any further.Makes me sick.

Hai...Now i guess i'll go watch some TV while deliberating on whether to die at the hands of my parents or at the hands of my form-teacher Ms Lau.Goodbye.

Btw,the CME teacher i was talking about is not Ms Lau.(For people who are not in my school.)

Hitting Below The Bar...

Today,i got back my EL common test results.I got 20/30.Not that i wasn't happy,but i actually expected myself to get a little higher.About 22 would have been fine.Hmm...I think Ismira and Denise Yap got 22.o.O Though i haven't read their essays,i'm sure they are much better than mine.(They couldn't be worse than mine,right?)I'm thinking maybe i should put more effort into my english in order to secure that A that i'm aiming for at the end of the year...

School went on as usual.When i came home,i,again,had nothing to eat so i had to gorge on CNY goodies...Sad life.Played Maple and Audition awhile.Gonna play baskeball with some friends later.

A few days ago,i made someone angry...Cuz i promised to give her something but i didn't.It's understandable to get angry at me,i guess...But i think,even if i were to give her the thing that i promised her,she would still be angry at me...What can i do??? Confused sia....

Weekend Wasted...

In the afternoon,i chose new spectacle frames.White de...o.O Went to the arcade for while.Went to visit my grandfather...Came back home after dinner with parents.Wanted to go to the arcade again tonight but mother says NO,reason being that there's tuition tomorrow.I hate tuition.

I used to think that tuition is for dumb people.But after the way i keep failing my maths,perhaps that opinion should be changed.Here's my new opinion of tuition:Something for dumb people who didn't pay attention in class when they needed to.Very sian now.Came back and switched on the computer immediately.Played Audition with Shan Heng for awhile then he suddenly pang seh me.o.O Gotta ask him about it on Monday.

Going through the weekend with unfinished homework is a very dangerous feat to attempt.It's like on friday,you tell yourself you still have saturday and sunday to complete it so why worry?So you waltz off into the arcade and enjoy yourself while leaving your homework undone.On saturday,you find that you have to leave home early to do something and that you'll be out the whole day.By the time you're back home,it's late and you say "Fine then.Tomorrow." On sunday,you've got tuition and by the time you're done with your tuition,it's like 2 o'clock and give yourself a rough estimate of about 2 hours to complete all your homework.When it's all done,it's already 4pm.Omg.You want to go out but you remember that you have to return home early because you need to go to school the next day.So,you leave late and return home early,hence leaving the time available for the programmes you've planned for yourself to be kept at minimal level.Therefore,this is a reminder to all who reads this blog.Do your homework on Fridays and leave your weekends as free as you can.Otherwise,you'll find that your weekend goes by in a flash and the weekend you've been waiting for just flies by,leaving you disappointed.Okay enough of the homework shit.

I gotta go play Maplestory now cuz earlier today i made a dumb promise to my cousin,telling her that i'll definitely give her a steely by tomorrow.This time,i MUST keep my promise because i've already broken a promise to someone so i won't do it again.So,if i'm not gonna buy it,then i'll have to hunt for it.Which is what i'll do now.I pray i'll get a steely soon so that i can go play Audition again. o.O

Aimless

Friday Night.
Went to the arcade with some friends until 12am.Played the usual stuff-Initial D 4,Soul Caliubur 2...Somehow,the machine for Tekken 5 hanged and the screen just froze there.Lols...Didn't play Silent Hill.Very tiring game.I wanted to try DDR Supernova though.But in the end i didn't cuz i was afraid i might make a fool of myself.Ha.Getting tired of the arcade life...wanna do something different but i don't know what...

Saturday Morning
Woke up early.Went to download some music.Will be going to choose a new pair of specs cuz my vision looks dizzy in my black/yellow one...o.O Dunno what i wanna do today.I'll paying a visit to my grandfather at the columbarium.(Dunno if i used the right terms anot...)

I realise now that "bored" is not the correct term to describe my lifestyle now.The correct term should be "aimless".That's right.I am aimless.Dunno what i wanna do or where i wanna go.There's a saying that men are troubled only by money or women...But i guess that wouldn't apply to me.Simply because i don't even know what am i troubled by...Maybe it's both but it can't be none...Zzz Contradicting myself yet again.Living life while dealing with oneself's inner conflicts ain't a easy thing to do.Living is tiring.

I will be updating this blog later tonight.Bored stuff.By the way,i changed the music on the blog.Heard these 2 songs on MTV last night.Or was it last morning?It was 4am.Lols.I'll go play some Audition now.Cya later~
